3-Day Return Policy
You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
1. Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Proof of Purchase: You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at help@exopearl.in. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return/Refund for Unsatisfactory Products
If you are unsatisfied with the product, we understand your feelings. We offer a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping cost!), if the items are returned in the same condition they were shipped, within 3 days of receipt.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 1. Freebies: The freebie associated with the product must be returned along with the product.
